U.S.-Only Delivery and Free Standard Shipping
Our delivery area is limited to the United States; standard delivery carries a $0 shipping charge for all orders in that market.
Addresses and Possible Delays
A customer needs to provide a complete and accurate address. Contact us promptly about a correction, although changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.
Weather, carrier disruption, peak demand, address problems, or other events beyond reasonable control can extend an estimated delivery window.
Help With a Shipment
If tracking indicates a problem or the parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact Support@NeeDecod.shop or (201) 616-7111. We will work toward a suitable resolution under the Refund Policy.
Free outbound delivery does not narrow the 30-day return right. NeeDoh also pays return shipping for every approved no-reason return or exchange.
When an Order Leaves and Arrives
Processing ordinarily takes 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. Estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch.
Every shipped order receives tracking information, which is sent using the contact details entered at checkout.
