Use of this website and any order placed with NeeDoh are subject to the following service terms.
Agreement and Accurate Information
Accessing this storefront or submitting a purchase means accepting these Terms together with the policies referenced here. Customers are responsible for truthful billing, contact, shipping, and order details and may use the service only in a lawful manner.
Product pages describe the available squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items. Availability and pricing may change before an order is accepted, and obvious errors may be corrected as permitted by law.

Orders, Shipping, and Cancellation
Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders, our only delivery market. Processing normally takes 1–2 business days and estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days after dispatch, with tracking supplied.
An order may be cancelled before shipment. After it ships, the Refund Policy governs the request.
Customer Remedies
Eligible items carry a 30-day no-reason return and exchange right beginning on delivery. For an authorized change-of-mind request, or merchandise that is damaged, defective, wrong, incomplete, or missing, NeeDoh covers the return-shipping cost.
Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded only from no-reason returns; defect and nonconformity rights remain intact.
Once returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and authorized, the original payment method is credited within 5–10 business days.
Prices, Payments, and Taxes
The transaction currency is U.S. dollars (USD); available checkout methods can include Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. We charge taxes when required by applicable law and make no blanket representation that purchases are tax-free.
